Inclusive Storytelling workshops with Spotify

Partnering with Spotify and Global & Collective to deliver inclusive storytelling workshops across the organisation throughout the APAC region and in the US.

This project involved online training and facilitated space for discussions that covered People, Culture and the Systems of Exclusion that exist in our workplace and society at large. Bringing together people from producers through to sales and marketing for Spotify’s podcast division, we looked at how to create a framework what would allow every day decisions in production and business to help tell inclusive stories.
